Specialised supported Multiplex to facilitate the transition of process plant and equipment from construction to commissioning at the new vaccine facility for Moderna in Melbourne’s South East.
This involved detailed planning and preparation for start-up processes, coordinating with suppliers and contractors to ensure efficient and safe energisation, and overseeing site acceptance testing as a representative of Multiplex.
Specialised monitored progress, reviewed technical aspects, and provided guidance to stakeholders. Additionally, we assisted with troubleshooting, managing changes, and supporting the handover of plant and equipment, ensuring all testing met the agreed scope as required by both Multiplex and Moderna.
